摘要
目的:观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃湿热证的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者108例随机分为两组各54例,治疗组给予半夏泻心汤加减,对照组给予三九胃泰颗粒治疗,疗程均为3个月。比较两组中医症状积分、免疫功能指标,胃镜、病理学疗效,不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为96.30%,胃镜、病理学疗效总有效率为94.44%;对照组相应为83.33%和81.48%;不良反应发生率治疗组为3.70%,对照组为14.81%;两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组治疗后患者中医症状积分、CD3+、CD4+、CD8+指标水平显著下降,且治疗组与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎脾胃湿热证,其临床、胃镜和病理疗效均优于对照组,且不良反应发生率低。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of modified Banxia xiexin decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome,Methods：108 cases of selected patients with chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,54 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with modified Banxia xiexin decoction,while the control group was treated with Sanjiu weitai granule.The course of treatment was 3 months. The clinical effect,TCM symptom scores before and after treatment,immune function indexes,gastroscopy,pathological effect and occurrence of adverse reactions of patients in two groups were compared. Results：The total effective rate was 96.30% in treatment group and 83.33% in control group. The total effective rate of gastroscopy and pathological effect was 94.44% in treatment group and 81.48% in control group. The occurrence rate of adverse reactions was 3.70% in treatment group and 14.81% in control group.Compared between two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.After treatment in two groups,TCM symptom scores and level of indexes CD3＋,CD4＋ and CD8＋ decreased significantly,and compared treatment group with control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：In treating chronic atrophic gastritis of spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome with modified Banxia xiexin decoction,the clinical,gastroscopy and pathological effects are better than control group,and the occurrence rate of adverse reactions is low.
