摘要
目的评价中西医结合护理在小儿腹泻治疗中的应用效果。方法选取我院2016年3月—2017年10月收治的腹泻患儿60例,随机分为对照组和试验组,各30例。对照组患儿给予常规护理,试验组患儿给予中西医结合护理。比较患儿治疗总有效率、住院时间及满意度评分。结果试验组患儿治疗总有效率高于对照组。试验组患儿住院时间少于对照组,满意度评分高于对照组,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合护理在小儿腹泻治疗中的应用效果较好,能明显缩短患儿的住院时间,具有较高临床价值。
Objective To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in the treatment of diarrhea in children. Methods Sixty cases of children with diarrhea admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures. The experimental group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing care. The total effective rate and the length of stay and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results The total therapeutic efficiency of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group. The hospitalization time of the experimental group was less than that of the control group. The satisfaction score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing in the treatment of diarrhea in children has a good effect, it can significantly shorten the hospitalization time of children, and has high clinical value.
