摘要
雪豹是青藏高原的旗舰物种,青海省是我国重要的雪豹分布地。通过对2017年青海省4次雪豹救护工作中存在的问题进行梳理分析,阐述了青海省野生动物收容救护存在基础条件差、体系不健全、技术水平低和野化放归少等问题。在此基础上,结合青海省现有资源和实际需求,提出建立高水平专职救护康复中心、建立全省基层收容救护体系、借力高端资源开展科研合作、完善收容救护野化放归流程和结合保护教育服务生态保护等对策建议。
Snow leopard is the flagship species in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau, and Qinghai Province is their important habitat. Through combing four rescues of snow leopard in Qinghai Province in 2017, the problems such as poor basic condition, incomplete system, low level technology and very few releases after training were expounded. On this basis, combined with the existing resources and the actual demand of Qinghai Province, some suggestions were put forward, as to build a high level of full-time rescue and rehabilitation center, establish the rescue system at the grassroots level in the province, make scientific research cooperation with experts, improve the rescue and rehabilitation process and service for the ecological protection by protection education.
