摘要 [目的]研究不同药剂对烟草青枯病的防治效果。[方法]通过田间试验,比较不同药剂对烟草青枯病病情指数、防控效果以及烤烟经济性状的影响。[结果]与CK相比,天达2116对烟苗大田还苗有明显的作用,能有效缩短还苗期,团棵期较其他处理提前2~3 d,对烟株营养生长具有一定作用,农艺性状、产量较对照有所提高,但对青枯病防治无明显作用。百痢停和农用链霉素对青枯病防治有一定作用,但对烟叶产质量无明显效果。BARU复合乳酸菌和XQ生防菌对青枯病防治效果最佳,在烟叶产质量上表现较好,其中,XQ生防菌产值、产量、均价、中上等烟比例分别为1 665 kg/hm^2、40 252.5元/hm^2、24.2元/kg和70.1%;在发病率和病情指数方面均最低,分别为24%和29.46。[结论]综合来看,XQ生防菌表现最佳。 [Objective] To study control effects of different pesticides on tobacco bacterial wilt.[Method]Field experiments were conducted to compare the effects of different pesticides on the disease index,control effect and economic yield of flue-cured tobacco.[Result]Compared with CK,Tianda 2116 had obvious effect on the seedlings of tobacco seedlings,and could effectively shorten the seedling stage.The group period was 2-3 days ahead of the other treatments,and it had a certain effect on the growth of the tobacco plant,and the agronomic characters and yield were improved,but there was no obvious effect on the prevention and treatment of bacterial wilt disease.BL and streptomycin had a certain effect on the control of bacterial wilt,but they had no obvious effect on the yield and quality of tobacco leaves.BARU compound lactic acid bacteria and XQ biocontrol bacteria had the best control effect on the bacterial wilt disease,and the quality of tobacco leaf yield was better.The ratio of the output value,yield,average price,middle and upper grade of XQ biocontrol was 1 665 kg/hm 2,40 252.5 yuan/hm 2 per mu,24.2 yuan /kg and 70.1%,respectively.In terms of morbidity and disease index,the lowest were 24% and 29.46 respectively.[Conclusion] In a comprehensive view,the XQ biocontrol was the best.
