摘要
目的研究分析切开复位钢板内固定术在临床中治疗锁骨粉碎性骨折的效果。方法选择于2016年12月至2017年12月到我院接受治疗的36例锁骨粉碎性骨折患者,遵照随机分配法则,分为对照组(n=18)、观察组(n=18)。予以对照组行切开复位克氏针内固定术治疗,予以观察组行切开复位钢板内固定术治疗,比较两组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间以及治疗效果。结果两组术中出血量比较,差异不显著(P>0.05);而手术时间以及住院时间比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组临床治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对于锁骨粉碎性骨折患者在临床中行切开复位钢板内固定术进行治疗,能够缩短住院时间,促进愈合,医疗价值可观。
Objective To study the effect of open reduction plate internal fixation in the treatment of clavicle comminuted fractures. Methods 36 patients with clavicle comminuted fracture who were treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected and divided into control group（n =18） and observation group（n =18） according to random distribution rules.. The control group was treated with open reduction and Kirschner wire fixation. The observation group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation plate. The blood loss, operation time, length of stay, and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in bleeding volume between the two groups（P〉 0.05）; There was significant difference between the operation time and hospitalization time（P〈 0.05）. The clinical treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of clavicular comminuted fractures in patients undergoing clinical open reduction and internal fixation of the plate can shorten the hospital stay, promote healing, and have considerable medical value.
