摘要
目的探析对初产妇产前进行心理护理措施对于其分娩方式选择的影响。方法选所在医院产科进行分娩初产妇320例为分析对象,根据产妇入院时间先后将其分为常规组与心理组,每组160例。分别接受常规围产期护理、联合心理护理干预。对产妇相关资料进行分析并归纳心理护理对初产妇的应用价值。结果护理前后对产妇心理状态即抑郁情绪(SAS自评量表)、焦虑情绪(SDS自评量表)进行评估,干预后产妇相关情绪均有所改善,心理组产妇数据明显存在优越性,有统计学意义(P<0.05);心理组产妇选择剖宫产分娩方式例数明显低于常规组,组间数据存在统计学意义(P<0.05);在护理质量满意度方面,心理组初产妇满意率显著高于常规组,组间数据存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论为初产妇在产前进行心理疏导护理,对母婴和医院均有积极意义,值得推广。
Objective To explore the effect of prenatal psychological care measures on the choice of mode of delivery. Methods 320 cases of primipara in obstetrics and obstetrics of the hospital were selected as the objects of analysis. According to the admission time of pregnant women, they were divided into routine group and psychological group, 160 cases in each group. They received routine perinatal nursing and combined psychological ursing intervention respectively. The related data of pregnant women were analyzed and the value of psychological nursing for primiparas was summarized. Results Before and after nursing, the psychological state of parturients（SAS self rating scale） and anxiety（SDS self rating scale） were evaluated. After intervention, the related emotions of parturients were improved. The maternal data of the psychological group had obvious superiority and statistically significant（P〈 0.05）. The number of cesarean delivery methods in the psychological group was significantly lower than that in the routine group, and the data between the groups were statistically significant（P〈 0.05）; and the satisfaction rate of the nursing quality was significantly higher than that of the conventional group, and the data between the groups had statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing for primiparas before delivery is of positive significance to mothers and infants and hospitals, and is worthy of promotion.
