摘要
王阳明是心学的集大成者,他用心学理论对基层社会的治理体现了他的行政思想,其行政管理活动反映了一种历时性的行政哲学。王阳明的心学视阈为探讨行政哲学提供了一种尝试。从心学视阈的视角出发,结合儒家的宗法思想和伦理道德观,从心学视阈中行政哲学研究的价值观以及心学视阈中行政哲学研究的内容两个方面,展开价值观与行政哲学、人性假设与行政生活、利益关系与行政生活的行政哲学的探讨。
Wang yangming is a master of psychology, and he embodies his administrative thought in the governanceof grass-roots society with his theory of psychology. His administrative activities reflect a diachronic administrativephilosophy. Wang yangming＇s mind realm for us to explore the administrative philosophy provides a try, from theAngle of view of the mind realm, combined with the Confucian patriarchal thought and ethic morality, from theperspective of wang yangming advocates the administrative philosophy research values and mind two aspects of thecontent of the administrative philosophy research, administrative philosophy, values and humanity hypothesis andadministrative life, interest relations and administration of the administrative philosophy of life.
