对肛肠手术患者的交接清单的制定和实施。肛肠科术前及术后交接清单的应用规范了每个环节的检查项目和检查内容。使各班护士明确各自职责。可见运用清单式管理能有效提高护理工作质量,减少不良事件的发生。同时提高患者的满意度。
The formulation and implementation of the handover list for patients with anorectal surgery. The application of preoperative and postoperative handover checklist in anorectal surgery regulates the inspection items and contents of each link. Make each class nurse clear their duties.
