“一带一路”沿线国家来华留学生教育结构评价与发展策略 被引量:7

摘要 来华留学生教育是扩大"一带一路"对外教育开放的重要途径。"一带一路"沿线国家来华留学生教育结构,在发展水平上,形成了差异显著的三个层次;在发展动态上,来华留学生教育呈现出逐步摆脱"低水平聚集"和"稳中向好"两种趋势;在发展规律上,来华留学生的规模效应显著促进整体水平的提升。进一步推动"一带一路"沿线国家来华留学生教育的充分、均衡发展,要注重发挥奖学金的推动作用;大力发展国际教育援助;促进学历学位互认;发挥地缘优势,形成区域联动合力。 The education for overseas students in China is an important way to expand the international education based on belt and road initiatives.This paper employs the panel data of overseas students from countries along the belt and road,and principal component analysis,to find that there are three distinct levels of education structure.Their education in China has gradually broken away from the lower level of accumulation and become steady and positive.The scale significantly promotes the level of overall development.To promote a full and balanced development of oversea students education,scholarships need to be reinforced,and it is important to develop international education aid,promote mutual recognition of academic degrees and take advantage of geographical advantages to form collaboration.
