山羊腰椎融合动物模型的围手术期管理 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨利用山羊为动物模型评价腰椎椎间融合相关动物实验的围手术期护理技巧、管理经验和注意事项。方法课题组自2016年8月至2018年2月,选取1.5岁山羊17只,其中雌性14只,雄性3只,体重23.5kg^37.5 kg,平均28.5 kg。利用不同植骨材料,分别给山羊实施腰椎后路减压椎间植骨融合单侧内固定术。详细记录手术前、手术实施及监测过程和手术后护理等信息。结果纳入研究的17只山羊均建模成功,术后生活状态良好。山羊腰椎手术的围手术期护理管理虽与临床患者具有相似性,但其作为偶蹄目哺乳动物又有其独有的特殊表现。结论利用山羊动物模型评价不同植入材料用于腰椎椎间融合性能具有良好的可行性和适用性。骨科基础研究用动物实验山羊模型的围手术期的合理管理直接关系动物福利和实验的成败。 Objective To explore the use of goats as an animal model to evaluate the perioperative nursing skills, managerial experience, and considerations of the intervertebral fusion-related animal experiments. Methods From Aug 2016 to Feb2018, seventeen mature goats that 1.5-year-old were used for this study, including 14 females, 3 males, and weighing23.5 kg ~ 37.5 kg, average 28.5 kg. The goats were subjected to lumbar posterior decompression and interbody fusion with lateral fixation used different bone graft materials. The preoperative, postoperative and monitoring procedures, and post-operative care was recorded in detail. Results The results showed that all the seventeen goats included in the study were successfully modeled and had good postoperative life. The perioperative nursing management of goat lumbar vertebrae surgery is similar to that of clinical patients, but it also has its own special performance as a cloven-hoofed mammal.Conclusion Evaluating different bone graft materials using goat animal models for lumbar interbody fusion has good feasibility and applicability. The rational management of the perioperative period of the goat model for animal evaluation of orthopedic basic research was directly related to the success or failure of animal welfare and experiments.
