摘要
橄榄是我国热带亚热带特色果树,也是国家卫计委公布的药食同源作物。构建高产、优质、高效、生态、安全的橄榄生产体系成为橄榄产业发展的重要课题。目前,橄榄栽培管理技术相关方面的研究已取得一定的进展,为进一步加快这些技术在产业上的推广应用,文章从品种选择、播种育苗、高效嫁接、果园建设、树体管理、土肥水管理、病虫害防治、生草栽培和寒害防控等方面对橄榄栽培管理研究现状进行总结,同时概括了橄榄贮藏保鲜技术研究进展,基于这些研究背景和趋势,提出了现代农业技术应用、产业链延伸、科研投入和产业引导等方面橄榄产业发展的对策。
Chinese olive, an important distinctive fruit tree in tropical and subtropical areas of China, is one of the medicinal and edible crops published by National Health and Family Planning Commission of China. It is important to develop a high-yield, goodquality, high-efficiency, ecological and safe production system of Chinese olive for our country＇ s industrial development. Currently, there were some research progresses in cultivation and management technology of Chinese olive. To accelerate the application of these technologies, research status of breeding, sowing, seedling, graft, orchard construction, plant management, water and fertilizer management, disease and pest control, sod culture and cold damage prevention were reviewed in this paper. In addition, research progresses on its storage were also summarized. According to these research backgrounds and development trends, its future development countermeasures, including modern agricultural technology application, industrial chain extension, scientific research investment and industry guidance, were prospected finally.
