摘要
目的对降香黄檀和斜叶檀、两粤黄檀、藤黄檀等黄檀属植物的挥发油成分进行分析,建立鉴别降香黄檀与其他黄檀属植物的方法。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,GC-MS法进行鉴定,并用归一化法确定各挥发油成分的质量分数。结果降香黄檀和越南黄花梨含檀香醇、橙花叔醇、金合欢醇等8种共有且特有成分,环氧化蛇麻烯Ⅱ为降香黄檀的独有特征成分。结论 GC-MS可准确鉴别降香黄檀与斜叶檀、两粤黄檀、藤黄檀、花梨公等黄檀属植物,且具有检测步骤简便、灵敏度高、特征性强等特点。
Objective A new method was established for identification between Dalbergia odorifera T. Chen and other plants in Dalbergia Genus such as Dalbergia pinnata,Dalbergia benthami,Dalbergia hancei based on their volatile oils. Methods Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation method. The components were identified by GC-MS and the relative contents were determined by peak area normalization method. Results There were 8 kinds of common and unique compounds such as santalol,nerolidol and farnesol in the volatile oils from D. odorifera and Dalbergia spp . Humulene epoxide Ⅱ was a characteristic compound of D. odorifera. Conclusion This method could accurately identify D. odorifera,D. pinnata,D. benthami, and D. hancei with the advantages of simple detection steps,highly sensitive and characteristic,and so on.
