摘要
针对车辆IV挡滑行至2700 r/min转速时出现的整车共振轰鸣音问题进行了NVH测试分析,测试分析表明,滑行工况出现的共振与传动系统扭振有关;动力传动系统建模分析表明,传动系统的4阶模态与共振问题有关。最后通过试验确认了动力传动系统增加扭转吸振器可改善该车辆共振轰鸣音问题。
It carries out the NVH test analysis for the whole vehicle resonance rumbling sound from IV slidingto about 2700r∕min. The test results show that the resonance in the sliding condition is related to the torsionalvibration of the transmission system, and the modeling analysis of the power transmission system shows that thevibration is related to the torsional vibration of the transmission system. The fourth mode of transmission systemis related to resonance problem. Finally, it is confirmed that the resonant roar of the vehicle can be improved byadding torsional vibration absorber in the power transmission system.
