摘要
超临界CO_2萃取技术(Supercritical carbon dioxide)是一种新型的分离技术,与传统分离提取技术相比,具有提纯过程简单、提取率高、选择性好、无溶剂残留以及有效萃取易挥发性物质等优点。综述了超临界CO_2萃取技术的原理、特点及其在植物源农药提取中的应用研究进展,并对发展趋势进行了展望。
Supercritical CO2 extraction technique asa new extraction and separation technology, compared with the traditionalextraction technology, it has the advantages of simple purification process, high extraction rate, good selectivity, solvent-free residue andeffective extraction of volatile substances. This paper reviews the principles and characteristics of supercritical CO2 extraction techniqueand its application in the extraction of botanical pesticides, and prospects its development trend.
