摘要
贫困单亲母亲是一个特殊的困难人群，这个人群不仅存在着物质的贫困，同时也深受精神贫困的困扰。调查表明这个人群就业率低、就业质量不高、社会支持网络缺乏、自我评价低、感觉到比较严重的社会歧视与社会疏离。南京市K区妇联通过购买服务方式尝试改善目标人群就业，同时扩大其社会支持网络。经过一年的努力，项目达到了预期成效。该项目证明社会工作在就业促进、改善人际关系、扩大社会支持网络等方面能够为目标人群提供有价值的服务。
The poor single parent is a special group in city. The group matter but also poor in mind and psychology. The group has not stable job and only get lower income, some of them have not any income. Meanwhile single poor parent lack social sustain network. Social work could help the group by policy promoting, job assisting, consulting, social network constructing and so on. The rainbow project is trying to help the group by social work ways in Nanjing city.
