摘要
通过在温室进行人工接种列当试验,鉴定了2个抗列当新品种对不同级别列当生理小种的抗性。结果表明:SR1801的抗性水平最高可以达到Race E级别,列当出土的时间大多在开花后期和成熟期,现蕾期只有个别植株长出列当;SR1802的抗性水平最高可以达到Race F,供试品种在现蕾期都未长出列当,列当出土的时间大多在成熟期;对照SH363在任何级别均表现为高感。
The resistance of two new sunflower cultivars to different levels of broomrape biotypes was identified by using artificial inoculation test in greenhouse. Results showed that the resistance of SR1801 had reached to Race E level, and most broomrape grew out of soil in the late flowering stage and the mature stage of sunflower, only a few broomrape emerged in squaring period of sunflower; The resistance of SR 1802 was up to Race F level, and no broomrape grew out in squaring period of sunflower, most broomrape appeared in mature stage of sunflower;SH363 is highly susceptible at any level.
