摘要
地方高校遵循"以学生为本"的宗旨,通过推进内涵式发展,促进大学生各方面素质的提高。以思想政治教育引导大学生树立正确就业观念;革新人才培养模式注重大学生创新创业能力培养;以丰富的校园文化活动贯通课内课外、连接校内校外,以兴趣促发展,使学生爱上学习,兴趣变特长,多样化发展;鼓励大学生参与社会实践,深化对国情民意的了解,增强服务社会的责任感。这些都有力提升了大学生的就业软实力。
With the student-oriented principle, local colleges and universities should promote the overall quality of students through connotative development. To effectively enhance the employment softpower of college students, the following work needs to be done：Ideological and political education to help college students to take the right attitude towardsemployment More focus on the cultivalion of students’ innovative and entrepreneurial capability; Rich campus activities in and out of the classroom to arouse studenls’interest for study, turning interest into profession; Deep participation in social practice, better undersranding of national conditions and strong sense of responsibility for the sociely.
