摘要
目的探讨该院2017年细菌耐药性监测结果,分析耐药菌种类及分布特点,为指导临床合理用药、优化抗菌药物使用提供参考。方法以2017年1—12月该院检验科细菌室分离出的828株细菌为研究对象,观察菌株种类及样本分布,全部菌株均行药敏试验,统计耐药菌种类及检出率。结果按照患者首次分离菌株去除重复菌株,所有分离菌中数量占前五位的菌株依次为肺炎克雷伯菌165株(19.93%),铜绿假单胞菌157株(18.96%)、大肠埃希菌100株(12.08%)、鲍曼不动杆菌99株(11.96%),金黄色葡萄球菌51株(6.16%)。共计检出耐药菌株154株(18.60%),包括耐碳青霉烯类抗菌药物铜的绿假单胞菌28株(17.83%)、耐碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的鲍曼不动杆菌59株(59.60%)、耐碳青霉烯类抗菌药物的肠杆菌52株(12.79%)、MRSA 14株(27.45%)。结论该院耐药菌分离种类较多,构成比较高,今后应继续加强细菌耐药性检测。
Objective To study the bacterial resistance monitoring results in our hospital in 2017 and analyze the drug-resistant bacteria and distribution features thus providing reference for guiding the clinical rational medication and optimizing the anti-bacterial drugs. Methods 828 strains of bacteria isolated from the bacterial room in our hospi tal from January to December 2017 were selected, the strains and sample distribution were observed, and all strains were for drug-sensitive test, and the drug-resistance type and test rate were counted. Results The repeated strains were removed in the first isolation, and the top five strains of all the isolated strains were 165 strains of klebsiella pneumoni- ae （19.93%）,157 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa （18.96%）, 100 strains of escherichia coli （12.08%）, 99 strains of baumanii （11.96%） , 51 strains of staphylococcus aureus （6.16%） , and 154 strains with drug-resistance were tested （18.60%）, including 28 strains of pseudomonas aeruginosa resistant to carbapenems （17.83%）, 59 strains of baumanii resistant to carbapenems （59.60%） and 52 strains of enterobacteria to carbapenems （12.79%） and 14 strains of MRSA （27.45%） . Conclusion The isolation type of drug-resistant bacteria in our hospital is multiple, and the constitution ra tio is higher, and we should continue to enhance the bacterial drug-resistant test in future.
