摘要
重楼为百合科植物云南重楼或七叶一枝花的干燥根茎,其一直被广泛用作中国传统民间医药。目前,已从重楼中分离出许多不同的活性物质成分,它们具有多种药理活性,各药理活性既复杂又差别巨大,不仅具有明显的抗肿瘤作用,还有抗感染、器官保护、免疫调节及止血镇痛等功效。同时,重楼也被发现具有一定的细胞毒性。其可制成中成药、中药汤剂,也可外敷及联合西药应用等,被广泛应用于各类疾病的治疗。但对肾脏的保护作用,未来需进一步研究。
Paris polyphylla is the dried rhizome of liliaceous plant of Rhizoma Paridis Yunnanensis or Paris polyphylla,which has been widely used in traditional Chinese folk medicine. At present, many different active material components have been isolated from Paris polyphylla. They have a variety of pharmacological activities,which are complex and greatly different. They have not only obvious anti-tumor effects, but also effects such as anti-infection, organ proteetion,inmmne regulation and hemostasis and analgesia. At the same time, Paris polyphylla is also found to have a certain eytotoxieity. It can be made into Chinese patent medicine, traditional Chinese medicine decoction, external application and combined with western medicine,which is widely used in the treatment of various diseases. However, the protective effect on the kidney needs further study in the future.
