摘要
目的探索ICU病人应用超微粉加味黄连解毒汤擦浴后能否有效抑制皮肤表面细菌生长及减少院内感染发生率。方法将80例ICU危重症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。治疗组选用加味黄连解毒汤超微粉工艺制作后,溶于500 mL温水。擦浴4次/d。对照组采用温水擦浴,7 d为1疗程。评估入院2、3、7 d擦浴后1 h 2组皮肤表面菌落生长情况;治疗组擦浴后1、3、5 h菌落生长情况,观察抑菌效果维持时间;院感发生率。结果治疗组应用超微粉加味黄连解毒汤擦浴后菌落数明显少于对照组,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.01)。超微粉加味黄连解毒汤的抑菌时间随时间延长而减退,擦浴后最佳抑菌时间为1h。治疗组发生院感2例,发生率为5.7%,对照组院感5例,发生率为13.9%,2组比较有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 ICU病人应用超微粉加味黄连解毒汤擦浴后能有效抑制皮肤表面细菌生长及减少院内感染发生率。
Objective To explore whether ICU patients can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria on the surface of the skin and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections after ultrafi ne powder fl avored Huanglian Jiedu decoction rubbing bath. Methods Eighty ICU critically ill patients were randomly divided into treatment group（n =40） and control group（n = 40）. The treatment group will use Huanglian Jiedu decoction, it is processed with ultrafi ne powder technology, dissolved in 500 mL of warm water, rub four times daily. The control group rubbed the bath with warm water, 7 days for a course. The growth of colonies in the two groups 1 h after bathing on 2 d, 3 d, and 7 d. The growth of colonies at 1 h, 3 h, and 5 h after bathing in the treatment group, observe the antibacterial effect maintenance time. Statistical hospital incidence rate. Results The number of colonies in the treatment group was signifi cantly lower than that of the control group after application of ultrafi ne powder modifi ed Huanglian Jiedu decoction. The difference between the two groups was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.01）. The antibacterial time decreases with time, the best antibacterial time after rubbing the bath is 1 h. Two cases of hospitalization in treatment group, the incidence was 5.7%.The control group 5 cases, the incidence was 13.9%, there was a statistically signifi cant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion ICU patients can effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria on the skin after ultrafi ne powder Huanglian Jiedu decoction is rubbed in the bath. This can effectively reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
