摘要
目的:建立某院癌痛规范化治疗合理性评价细则,通过加权TOPSIS法对该院肿瘤科癌痛规范化治疗情况进行评价。方法:以卫生部颁布的《癌症疼痛诊疗规范(2011年版)》、2017年版《癌症疼痛诊疗上海专家共识》、欧洲临床肿瘤学会《癌症疼痛指南(2012年版)》、临床使用止痛药物说明书作为参考。在查阅相关文献基础上,该院多学科讨论制定癌痛规范化合理性评价细则,并据此采用加权TOPSIS法对该院2017年下半年的30例癌痛病历进行评价。结果:在评价的30份病历中相对接近度大于60%的有22例(占73.3%),相对接近度在50%~60%之间的有7例(占23.3%),相对接近度在40%~50%之间的1例(占3.3%)。结论:基于加权TOPSIS法制定的癌痛规范化治疗合理性评价方法把影响癌痛规范化治疗的多个因素结合起来,相对传统单个指标评价,其结果更加简明扼要、直观、可靠。
OBJECTIVE To establish a weighted TOPSIS method for evaluating the standardized treatment for cancer patient,and evaluate the standardized treatment of cancer pain in oncology department. M ETHODS The reasonable application evaluation system of the standardized treatment for cancer patient was established based on weighted TOPSIS by reference to ＂Practice for Diagnosis and Treatment of Cancer Pain（ 2 0 1 1 edition） ＂,＂Shanghai Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Cancer Pain＂in 2 0 1 7,＂Management of Cancer Pain： ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines＂,and instructions for clinical use of analgesic drugs. Multidisciplinary discussion was performed to formulate rules for rational evaluation of cancer pain based on weighted TOPSIS in our hospital based on the related literature. Thirty cancer pain cases happened in the second half of 2 0 1 7 in our hospital were evaluated. RESULTS Among 3 0 cases,there were 2 2 cases with a relative proximity of more than 6 0 %（ 7 3. 3 %）,7 cases between 5 0 % and 6 0 %（ 2 3. 3 %）,1 case between 4 0 % and 5 0 %（ 3. 3 %）.CONCLUSION The rationalization evaluation of cancer pain based on the weighted TOPSIS method combines multiple factors that affect the standardized treatment of cancer pain. The evaluation results are more concise,intuitive and reliable compared to the traditional single index evaluation method.
