摘要
目的探讨与分析粉尘螨滴剂治疗过敏性鼻炎的效果及临床应用价值。方法选取120例过敏性鼻炎患者,随机分为观察组、对照组,均60例,分别接受常规治疗的基础上增加粉尘螨滴剂进行治疗、仅常规治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗后临床症状评分、缓解时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组来说更高,且观察组治疗后各症状评分、不良反应发生率、临床症状缓解时间较对照组来说更低,比较P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论粉尘螨滴剂用药后极大的改善了过敏性鼻炎患者的临床各项症状,促进了患者的恢复,并且具有较高的安全性,值得在临床中推广和使用。
Objective To investigate and analyze the efficacy and clinical value of Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 120 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomLy divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops was added to the treatment Only conventional treatment. The therapeutic effect, clinical symptom score, remission time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the symptom score, the incidence of adverse reactions and the remission time of clinical symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Dermatophagoides Farinae Drops can greatly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with allergic rhinitis, promote the recovery of patients, and have high safety, it is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
