摘要
目的评价外用宝列康舒加内服郁乐疏合剂用于慢性前列腺炎治疗中的疗效。方法将84例慢性前列腺炎患者分为42例实验组(外用宝列康舒+内服郁乐疏合剂)+42例对照组(内服郁乐疏合剂)。结果实验组总有效率90.48%高于对照组76.19%,NIH-CPSI评分(12.18±2.83)分低于对照组(19.35±3.42)分,且P <0.05。结论外用宝列康舒加内服郁乐疏合剂治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效显著。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect of Bao Lie Kang Shu and yu le shu mixture on chronic prostatitis. Methods 84 patients with CP were divided into 42 experimental groups（external use of Bao Lie Kang Shu ＋ oral Yule sparse agent） ＋ 42 cases of control The group（internal service Yule sparse agent）; the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.48% higher than the control group 76.19%. Results The NIH-CPSI score（12.18±2.83）was lower than the control group（19.35±3.42）, and P〈0.05. Conclusion The external use of Bao Lie Kang Shu Jia orally and Yu Le Shu Mixture is effective in the treatment of CP.
