摘要
目的观察尿液干化学法配以尿沉渣镜检法的检验效果。方法选取我院收治的需行尿检患者1000例为对象进行研究,利用双盲随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,各500例。对照组单纯采用尿液干化学法进行检测,在此基础上观察组配以尿沉渣镜检法进行检测。比较两组检验错误率、误诊率、漏诊率及尿液白细胞检验结果。结果观察组检验总错误率、误诊率、漏诊率分别为0.2%、0.8%、0.6%,与对照组6.8%、16.0%、12.0%等相比显著较低,且P<0.05差异具有统计学意义。观察组尿液白细胞检验阳性率60.8%与对照组57.6%相比差异不显著,且P>0.05无统计学意义。结论尿液干化学法配以尿沉渣镜检法的检验效果非常显著,即错误率小、准确性高,还能有效降低漏诊率和误诊率,具有较高可靠性,因此值得临床应用推广。
Objective to observe the effect of urine dry chemistry combined with urinary sediment microscopy. Methods 1000 cases of patients needing urine test in our hospital were selected as subjects for study. It was divided into control group and observation group with 500 cases each by double-blind randomization. The control group was tested by dry chemical urine test. On this basis, the observation group was tested by microscopic examination of urinary sediment. The test error rate, misdiagnosis rate, missed diagnosis rate and urine leukocyte test results were compared between the two groups. Results the total error rate, misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate in the observation group were 0.2%, 0.8% and 0.6%, respectively, which was significantly lower than the control group's 6.8%, 16.0% and 12.0%, and the difference of P〈0.05 was statistically significant. The positive rate of urine leukocyte test in observation group was 60.8% compared with the control group 57.6%, and the P〉0.05 was not statistically significant. Conclusion the results of urine dry chemical method combined with urine sediment microscopy are very remarkable, that is, the error rate is small and the accuracy is high, and it can effectively reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis, which is of high reliability. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
