摘要
3D打印技术是利用计算机的数字化三维成像结合现代高新技术连续打印的一项新的应用技术,目前已初步应用于工业、军事、航空以及医学等领域。但3D打印技术在神经外科的应用,尤其在颅底外科中的应用尚处于初级阶段。该文结合颅底解剖总结分析3D打印技术在神经外科的应用进展及颅底手术教学中的应用前景,为临床医生术前了解肿瘤与颅底神经、血管空间位置关系,制定个体化手术方案及相关临床教学提供了参考,为复杂肿瘤的安全切除保驾护航,及为其教学提供极大的便利。
3D printing technology is a new application technology that combines the digital 3D imaging ofcomputers with the continuous printing of modern high-tech. It has been preliminarily applied in industrial,military, aviation and medical fields. However, the application of 3D printing technology in neurosurgery is stillin initial stage, especially in cranial surgery. This study analyzed the application progress in neurosurgery and itsapplication prospect in cranial base surgery teaching of 3D printing technology combined with skull base anatomy,which provided great convenience for clinicians to understand the relationship between tumor and the spaceposition of cranial nerve and blood vessels before surgery and formulated individualized operation plans. Thus, thistechnology has provided a guarantee for the safe removal of complex tumors.
