摘要
目的研究槐米总黄酮的抗炎和镇痛作用。方法以阿司匹林为对照,采用小鼠热板法、扭体法、腹腔毛细血管通透法和耳肿胀法对不同剂量槐米总黄酮的抗炎和镇痛作用进行研究。结果不同剂量槐米总黄酮均可不同程度地减少乙酸所致小鼠疼痛产生的扭体次数并延长扭体潜伏期;阿司匹林组与高剂量组的扭体次数均少于模型组(P<0.05)。阿司匹林组、中、高剂量组小鼠的热板痛阈值均高于模型组(P<0.01)。不同剂量槐米总黄酮对乙酸诱导的小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增加均有抑制作用;阿司匹林组与高剂量组的吸光度A590均低于模型组(P<0.01)。阿司匹林组、中、高剂量组二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀程度均低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论槐米总黄酮具有良好的抗炎、镇痛作用,能显著抑制乙酸所致小鼠的疼痛及腹腔毛细血管通透性的增加,提高热板痛阈值,降低二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀程度,具有良好的药用开发前景。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of total flavonoids in flos sophorae immaturus.Methods The anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects of total flavonoids in flos sophorae immaturus were investigated by mice hot plate test, torsional body test, peritoneal capillary permeability test and ear swelling test, and the aspirin was used as a control. Results Different doses of total flavonoids in flos sophorae immaturus could reduce the numbers of torsional body and prolonged the latency of torsional body induced by acetic acid in mice to varying degrees; the number of torsional bod yin the aspirin group and the high dosage group were less than that in the model group (P〈0.05). The hot plate pain threshold in the aspirin group, the middle and high dosage groups were higher than that in the model group (P〈0.01).Different doses of total flavonoids in flos sophorae immaturus had inhibitory effects on the increase of capillary permeability induced by acetic acid in mice; the absorbance A590 of the aspirin group and the high dosage group were lower than that of the model group (P〈0.01). The degree of auricle edema induced by xylene in mice in the aspirin group, middle and high dosage groups were lower than that in the model group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Total flavonoids in flos sophorae immaturus has good anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, which can significantly inhibit the pain induced by acetic acid and the increase of abdominal capillary permeability in mice, improve the hot plate pain threshold and reduce the degree of auricle edemainduced by xylene in mice. It has good prospects for medicinal development.
