摘要
穿衣颗粒分配装置是球形燃料元件芯球压制过程中的关键设备之一,对于控制芯球的装铀量和提高芯球的压制效率至关重要。通过对原有穿衣颗粒分配装置的不确定性进行分析,对新研制的分配装置及其控制方法的设计进行详细介绍,并对关键部件的选定及其控制方法的设计进行阐述。结果表明,采用新研制的穿衣颗粒分配装置及其控制方法对穿衣颗粒进行分配,颗粒分配的精度明显提高,超重报警的次数显著减少,大大提高了生产效率。
The distribution device of overcoated fuel particles is one of the key equipments in the pressing process of the fuel-zone ball for spherical fuel element,which is essential to precisely control the amount of uranium in the fuel-zone ball and improve the pressing efficiency of the fuel-zone ball.This paper introducedthe design idea of the newly developed overcoated fuel particles distribution device and its correspondingcontrol method by analyzing the uncertainties of the previous distribution device. The selection of key parts in the device and the design of their corresponding control method were elaborated as well. Results showed that the accuracy of particle distribution was improved significantly and the number of overweight alerts was greatly reduced after the application of newly developed device and its corresponding control method in the overcoated fuel particle distribution. In general,the overall production efficiency of particle distribution was improved.
