摘要
目的:本实验通过测定三种黏结系统对铸瓷贴面与离体牙间的拉伸强度的对比性研究,为临床选择合适的黏结系统提供理论依据。方法:选择因牙周病变拔除的上颌中、侧切牙(储存于37℃的生理盐水里),于唇面中份釉质上形成2mm×2mm的平面,分别用Panavia F黏结系统,Variolink黏结系统和Choice树脂黏结剂将铸瓷贴面黏结在离体牙上,分别检测其拉伸强度。结果:Variolink黏结系统,Panavia F黏结系统和CHOICE树脂黏结系统与铸瓷贴面黏结后的拉伸强度分别是56.4460MPa,31. 1609MPa,23. 5428MPa。Variolink黏结系统的拉伸强度最高,Panavia F黏结系统次之,CHOICE树脂黏结系统最弱。且两两之间的差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:在临床上推荐使用操作相对简单,技术敏感性相对较低的的自酸蚀黏结系统。
Objective: To compare the tensile strength between the cast veneer and the in vitro tooth by measuring three kinds of bonding systems, and to provide the theoretical basis for the clinical selection of suitable bonding system. Methods: The middle and lateral incisors were removed due to periodontal disease and were stored in 37℃physiological saline, and in labial surface of enamel on 2mm×2mm plane. PanaviaF bonding system, Variolink bonding system and Choice resin binder were used to bond the cast porcelain veneer to the teeth in vitro, and their tensile strength was tested respectively. Results: The tensile strength of Variolink bonding system, PanaviaF bonding system and CHOICE resin bonding system were 56.4460MPa, 31.1609MPa, 23.5428MPa, respectively. The tensile strength of Variolink adhesive system is the highest, followed by PanaviaF adhesive system, and CHOICE resin bonding system is the weakest. The difference between 22 was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion: It is recommended to use a self-etching adhesive system with relatively simple operation and relatively low technical sensitivity.
