摘要论文首先介绍东北三省OFDI与区域创新能力的现状,整理影响OFDI逆向技术溢出的影响因素,采用省级面板数据对相关数据进行平稳性检验和内生性检验,运用面板门槛回归方法实证检验了OFDI逆向技术溢出对东北三省区域创新能力的影响。在实证分析结果的基础上提出相应对策建议,进而充分利用OFDI逆向技术溢出渠道带动东北三省区域创新能力的提高。
