摘要 利用光学Mach-Zenhder干涉仪对细管端口涌出的液滴所形成的短焦距透镜的光学性质进行了研究。细激光束经液滴透镜后扩展出射的球面波与另一条光路中的平面波干涉形成同心圆的干涉条纹,利用CCD相机采集干涉条纹图像,通过计算机图像处理程序得到各级次干涉条纹半径,从而计算出球面波的曲率半径。 A short focal length lens was formed by the droplet from the thin tube port, and its optical properties were studied using an optical Mach-Zenhder interferometer. A thin concentric spherical interference fringe formed by two waves, one was the thin laser beam exiting the droplet lens, the other was a plane wave in another light path, an interference fringe image acquired by a CCD camera, and the interrerence fringe radii at various levels obtained by a computer image processing program calculate the radius of curvature of the spherical wave.
