摘要
基于结构平衡理论,以区域战略性新兴产业创新生态系统内核心创新层、辅助创新层以及支撑创新层之间的结构平衡为目标,构建科技资源配置模型,运用MATLAB R2014b软件进行数值仿真验证。通过求解模型得出三个创新层结构平衡目标下的最优科技资源配置结果,研究发现充分利用科技资源,避免科技资源闲置,有利于促进三个创新层之间的科技资源流动、有效整合以及优势互补,以实现其创新生态系统的结构平衡,提高创新生态系统的创新效率,旨在为科技资源优化配置,不断提升战略性新兴产业创新能力提供方法支持与决策参考。
Based on structural balance theory, taking the structural balance between the core innovation layer, auxiliary innovation layer and support innovation layer in innovation ecosystem the regional strategic emerging industries as the goal, the paper builds the al- location model of science and technology resources, and then carries out the numerical simulation verification by using MATLAB R2014b software. The optimal allocation of science and technology resources under the structural balance goal of three innovation layers is obtained by solving the model. The study finds that by making full use of science and technology resources and avoiding idle resources we can promote resources flow, effective integration and complementary advantages between the three innovation layers, to achieve the structural balance of innovation ecosystem and improve the innovation efficiency of innovation ecosystem. It aims at providing method support and decision reference for the optimization allocation of science and technology resource as well as constantly improving the inno-vation ability of strategic emerging industries.
