摘要
目的研究紫花高乌头(Aconitum excelsum Reichb)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱法对紫花高乌头石油醚提取物进行分离纯化,经理化和波谱数据分析确定化合物的结构。结果与结论从紫花高乌头的石油醚提取物中分离鉴定了8个单体化合物,其中5个为甾体类化合物:豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(1)、6β-羟基豆甾-4-烯-3-酮(2)、5α-豆甾-3-酮(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)和豆甾-4-烯-3β-醇(5); 3个为三萜类化合物:β-香树脂醇(6)、蒲公英-20(21)-烯-3β-醇(7)和蒲公英-20(30)-烯-3β-醇(8)。化合物1~8均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
For investigating the chemical constituents of the petroleum ether extraction from Aconitum excelsum Reichb, the silica gel chromatography was used to isolate the chemical constituents of Aconitum excelsum Reichb. Their structures were identified by spectral analysis methods. Eight compounds were obtained and identified, five of which were steroids : stigmast-4-en-3-one ( 1 ), 6β-hydroxystigmast-4-en-3-one (2), 5a-stigmastan-3-one ( 3 ), β-sitosterol ( 4 ), and stigmast-4-en-3β-ol ( 5 ) ; three were triterpenoids: β- amyrin(6 ), taraxast-20 ( 21 ) -en-3β-ol ( 7 ), and taraxast-20 ( 30 ) -en-3β-ol ( 8 ). Compounds 1 - 8 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
