摘要
本文采用文献分析和访谈相结合的方法,对大学生的就业认知与需求进行质性分析,对大学生的就业观、就业前的心理状态、就业需求等方面进行分析,发现认为当代大学生对于工资待遇的要求与他们的家庭背景及自身定位有很大关系;当代大学生重视自身的发展,但同时具有较强的家庭责任感和社会责任感;当代大学生热衷于创业,但困难重重;当代大学生选择考研多是为获得更好的发展前景与就业机会;当代大学生对于就业信息的需求是最迫切的,其中对掌握单位的实际情况要求最为集中;新兴专业的同学的焦虑值最高,他们迫切需要提高能力,得到用人单位的认可;当代大学生需要精神上的鼓励,更需要就业心理辅导。
With the method of qualitative research and interview, this paper makes a qualitative analysis on the employment cognition and demand of college students, and makes a corresponding analysis on the college students＇ utlook on employment, the psychological state before employment, and the demand for employment, and draws a conclusion that the requirements for the salary treatment of the college students are very much with their family background and their own position. The college students pay more attention to their own development, but at the same time they have a strong sense of family responsibility and social responsibility. The college students are keen on starting a business, but they have many difficulties. College students choose to take a postgraduate entrance examination to get better prospects for development and employment opportunities; and the demand for employment information for college students is the most urgent, which is the most concentrated on the actual situation of the understanding of the unit; the students of the emerging majors have the highest anxiety value. They need to improve their ability and get the approval of the employers; the college students need spiritual encouragement and more need of employment psychological guidance.
