摘要
建立了气相色谱(GC)-氢火焰离子(FID)同时测定大蒜精油胶囊保健品中烯丙基甲硫醚、二烯丙基硫醚、烯丙基甲基二硫、二甲基三硫、二烯丙基二硫醚、二烯丙基三硫醚6种活性有机硫化物的检测方法。采用Rxi-1 ms石英毛细管柱(30 m×0. 25 mm×0. 25μm),在50℃~200℃的温度范围内梯度升温,25 min内实现6种组分的完全分离。各组分在25. 1~100μg/mL的范围内均线性关系良好(R2> 0. 999),检测限为0. 27μg/mL。方法学验证结果显示,精密度、稳定性及重复性均符合要求,各组分的平均回收率为91. 8%~108. 8%。对6种市售大蒜精油胶囊保健品中的有机硫化物进行定量分析,准确测定了各产品的有机硫化物含量,为市售产品的质量评价提供了可靠参考。
A gas chromatography (GC)-flame ionization detector (FID) method for simultaneous determination of allyl methyl sulfide, diallyl sulfide, allyl methyl disulfide, dimethyl trisulfide, diallyl disulfide and diallyl trisulfide in garlic essential oil was established. The samples were separated using Rxi- 1 ms quartz capillary column (30 m × 0. 25 mm × 0. 25 μm) with a temperature program between 50℃ and 200℃. Under this condition, all the components in the sample were completely separated within 25 rain. Good linearities were obtained in the range of 25.1 - 100 μg/mL( R2 〉 0. 999), and the limit of detection was 0.27 μg/mL. The validation of method showed that the precision, stability and repeatability were acceptable, and the average recoveries of all components ranged from 91.8% to 108.8%. The method was then used for the quantitative analysis of the sulfides in commercial garlic essential oil produets.
