摘要
研究一种适应户外快速检测污水中苯酚含量的方法,判断该污水能否直接排放。根据苯酚与氯化铁显色反应制作标准比色卡,根据待测水样与氯化铁是否发生显色反应及显示颜色的深浅,判断待测水样中是否含有苯酚及其大致含量。把待测水样与氯化铁反应显示的颜色与标准比色卡进行比较,确定苯酚的大致含量,从而确定该待测水样能否直接排放。本方法操作简单、快速,适合户外检测。
A rapid detection method of phenol content in water sample was developed to judge whether wastewater can be directly discharged or not. The standard colorimetric card was made according to the color reaction between phenol and ferric chloride. The phenol and its approximate content were determined according to whether the color reaction will happen and the depth of display color. The color of the chemical reaction between water sample and ferric chloride was compared with the color of the standard colorimetric card to determine the approximate contend of the phenol in water sample, which could be used to determine whether the water sample can be directly discharged or not. This method is simple and quick,and it is suitable for outdoor detection.
