高位定向钻孔代替高抽巷瓦斯抽采技术在新集二矿的研究分析 被引量:13

摘要 基于采空区顶板"三带"理论,分析了顶板高位定向钻孔技术瓦斯抽采基本原理,对大直径高位定向钻孔代替高抽巷瓦斯抽采技术进行了研究分析,并在新集二矿进行了工业性试验。试验结果表明,在新集二矿220112工作面施工的5个大直径顶板高位定向钻孔的瓦斯抽采量所占比例与高抽巷几乎一样,通过采用顶板高位定向钻孔与底板穿层钻孔、风机巷顺层钻孔、上隅角埋管等瓦斯治理方式相结合,使工作面回采期间回风瓦斯平均为0.34%,未出现瓦斯异常涌出现象,实现了工作面安全开采。 Based on the "three belts" theory of goaf roof, analyzes the basic principle of gas drainage with high directional drilling in the roof. The research on the technology of replacing high level gas drainage gateway with the large diameter high directional drilling has been carried out and the industrial test has been carried out in Xinji No.2 mine. The test results show that the proportion of gas drainage in the five large-diameter high-directional directional drilling holes in the 220112 face of Xinji No.2 mine is almost the same as that of the high level gas drainage gateway. Through the combination of high-level directional drilling at the roof and drilling through the bottom plate, drilling along the layers of the fan lane and buried gas pipes in the upper corner, so that the return air blasting mine during the average of 0.34%, there is no abnormal gas emission phenomenon, to achieve safe mining face.
