富血小板血浆治疗四肢难治性创面的临床研究 被引量:28

Clinical studies on limbs' refractory wound surface treated by platelet-rich plasma

摘要 目的制备自体富血小板血浆(PRP)移植治疗四肢难治性创面,探讨PRP促进骨、肌腱外露创面愈合。方法对31例四肢骨、肌腱外露创面的患者进行自体PRP移植治疗,观察创面愈合率及创面愈合时间。结果31例患者中,18例直接愈合,13例肉芽生长活跃,覆盖骨、肌腱组织后植皮创而均已愈合;创面愈合率100%,创面愈合时间平均41d。结论自体PRP移植治疗四肢难治性创面,能抑制创而细菌生长,有效促进软组织缺损修复,缩短四肢骨、肌腱创面的愈合时间。 Objective To prepare platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for the treatment of extremities refractory wounds, and to explore the PRP to promote the healing of exposed wounds of bones and tendons. Methods . 31 patients with external wound surface of the bone and tendon of four limbs were treated with autologous PRP transplantation, and wound healing rate and wound healing time were observed. Results Among the 31 patients, 18 had direct healing, 13 had active granulation growth and wound healing of skin graft in the second stage. The wound healing rate was 100% , and the average healing time was 41 d. Conelusion Autologous PRP transplantation for the treatment of extremity refractory wounds can inhibit the growth of wound bacteria, effectively promote the repair of soft tissue defects and accelerate the healing of wounds of the bones and tendons of the four limbs.
