摘要
护理工作是加速患者健康的重要环节,由于传统护理工作中存在多种问题,导致护理质量低下,患者满意度低,患者迫切需要高质量的护理服务。针对此种现状,医院应当采取有效管理措施,提升护理质量与患者满意度。岗位管理是实现优质护理目标的基础,同时进行科学化的岗位管理,还能够充分调动护理人员工作积极性,使其树立正确职业理念。在岗位管理中,主要通过建立护理岗位管理体制、建立科学绩效考评体系两项措施实现。该文主要分为3个部分阐述,首先阐述在护理工作中存在的问题,继而详细阐述岗位管理的措施,从而提升护理质量。
Nursing work is an important part of accelerating the health of patients. Due to various problems in traditional nursing work, the quality of nursing is low, patient satisfaction is low, and patients are in urgent need of high quality nurs- ing services. In response to this situation, hospitals should adopt effective management measures to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction. Post management is the basis for achieving high-quality nursing goals. At the same time, sci- entific post management can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing staff to establish a correct career concept. In the post management, it is mainly achieved through the establishment of a nursing post management system and the establishment of a scientific performance evaluation system. The article is mainly divided into three parts, firstly expounding the problems existing in the nursing work, and then elaborates the measures of post management to improve the quality of nursing.
