摘要
目的研究口腔根管治疗在牙髓根尖周病中的应用价值。方法方便选择2016年1月—2018年3月该院接诊的牙髓根尖周病患者324例,将之采用奇偶数字分组的方式进行分组:实验组和对照组均162例。予以实验组一次性根管治疗,予以对照组多次根管治疗。分析两组生活质量的改善情况,比较临床疗效。结果实验组的炎症消退时间为(12.18±3.46)d、口腔恢复时间为(11.98±2.51)d,明显比对照组的(18.62±2.57)d以及(15.69±4.35)d短,组间差异有统计学意义(t=19.017 9、9.402 4,P<0.05)。实验组治疗后的生活质量评分为(89.25±4.01)分,明显比对照组的(80.13±4.56)分高,组间差异有统计学意义(t=19.115 9,P<0.05)。实验组的临床总有效率为97.53%,同对照组的87.04%比较差异有统计学意义(X^2=7.727 8,P<0.05)。结论对牙髓根尖周病患者采取一次性根管治疗方案进行施治,疗效确切,生活质量改善明显,炎症消退迅速,建议采纳。
Objective To study the value of oral root canal therapy in the treatment of periodontosis of pulp. Methods A total of 324 patients with periodontal disease of the pulp roots who were admitted to the hospital from January 2016 to February 2018, were convenient selected and grouped by parity grouping： 162 cases in both the experimental group and the control group. One-time root canal treatment was given to the experimental group, and multiple root canal treatments were given to the control group. The improvement of quality of life in the two groups was analyzed and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results The time of inflammation regression in the experimental group was（12.18±3.46） d and the oral recovery time was（11.98±2.51） d, which was significantly shorter than that of the control group（18.62±2.57）d and（15.69±4.35）d, being significant（t=19.017 9, 9.402 4, P〈0.05）. The quality of life score of the experimental group after treatment was（89.25±4.01）points, which was significantly higher than that of the control group（80.13±4.56）points, and the difference between the groups was significant（t=19.115 9, P〈0.05）. The total clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.53%, which was significantly different from that of the control group（87.04%）（X^2=7.727 8, P〈0.05.） Conclusion The treatment of patients with periodontal disease of the pulp root by one-time root canal treatment is effective, the quality of life is improved obviously, and the inflammation subsides rapidly. It is recommended to adopt.
