摘要
为评估Eph受体家族在肺癌中作用机制,及其作为肺癌治疗靶点的可能,该文结合各学者的研究成果,及本身的临床经验,阐述了肺癌的症状及其危害,并分析了Eph受体家族的表达特征。基于此,重点从血管生成、细胞生长,以及肿瘤迁移3个方面,探讨了Eph受体家族对肺癌的影响,并对Eph受体家族作为疾病治疗靶点的可能性进行了分析,仅供相关人员参考。
In order to evaluate the mechanism of Eph receptor family in lung cancer and its potential as a therapeutic target for lung cancer, this paper combines the research results of various scholars and its clinical experience to expound the symptoms and harms of lung cancer. The expression characteristics of the Eph receptor family. Based on this, the effects of Eph receptor family on lung cancer were discussed in terms of angiogenesis, cell growth, and tumor migration, and the possibility of the Eph receptor family as a therapeutic target was analyzed, providing reference for the related person.
