摘要
目的探讨癌症疼痛品管圈活动联合PDCA管理对患者疼痛知识掌握度和圈员疼痛管理能力的影响。方法选取2014年12月至2017年12月收治的80例患者作为调查对象,将其随机等分为研究组和对照组,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施品管圈基础的PDCA管理,比较两组患者对疼痛知识掌握水平和圈员疼痛管理能力的变化。结果研究组对镇痛药物服用方法、副作用、成瘾性及缓解方法等疼痛相关知识掌握水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);研究组圈员提出问题能力、计划能力、逻辑思维能力、团队凝聚力、应变能力评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论基于品管圈活动的PDCA护理管理可有效提高癌症疼痛患者对疼痛知识的掌握和圈员疼痛管理能力,改善晚期癌症患者生活舒适度和生活质量。
Objective To explore the influence of quality control circle activity for cancer pain management combined with PDCA management on patient’s pain knowledge and member’s pain management ability. Methods To select 80 cases of patients admitted to our hospital from December 2014 to December 2017 as research subjects, and they were divided into study group and control group randomly. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was implemented with PDCA management based on quality control circle. The group＇s changes in the level of knowledge of pain and the ability to manage pain in the circle were compared. Results The level of pain-related knowledge of the analgesic drugs usage, side effects, addiction and mitigation methods in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. The scores of raising questions ability, planning ability, logical thinking ability, team cohesiveness, and respond ability of the quality control circle members in the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The PDCA nursing management based on quality control circle activities can improve the knowledge of pain among patients and the pain management ability among quality control circle members. As a result, it can improve the comfort and life quality of patients with advanced cancer.
