摘要
以尊重学生选择权和个性发展为旨趣的新一轮高考改革,充分体现了"以学生为本"的价值追求,但权利的赋予并不代表能力的获取,高中生的生涯规划问题日益凸显。生涯课程作为生涯教育实施的重要载体也由此成为普通高中课程建设新的关注点和生长点。为了充分发挥生涯课程的作用,更好地回应新高考改革带来的诸多挑战,生涯课程建设应遵循整体化思路:在价值定位上,以学生、教师和课程为基本立足点;以引领学生生涯发展,促进教师专业成长,丰富学校课程内涵为具体方向。在策略选择上,以学生全程发展为目标指向,彰显生涯课程的多维意蕴;以顶层设计为规划方略,增强生涯课程的整体效能;以多方合作为实施保障,推动生涯课程的持续发展。由此,改变当前生涯课程开设零散、随意的现状,实现生涯课程建设"由有到优"的跨越式发展,切实促进学生生涯规划意识和能力的有效提升。
The new round of college entrance examination reform,aiming at respecting students' choice and personality development,fully reflects the value pursuit of "student-orientation". However,the empowerment of rights does not mean the acquisition of ability,so the problem of senior high school students' career planning is getting more and more obvious. As an important carrier of career education,career curriculum has become a new focus and growing point of curriculum construction in senior high schools. In order to give full play to the role of career curriculum and better response to the challenges brought by the reform of the new college entrance examination,its construction should follow the integrated thinking. To be concrete,in terms of value orientation,students,teachers and students should be taken as the basic foothold,and in the process of career curriculum construction,the students' overall development and teachers 'professional growth and the connotation of the whole school courses should be taken into consideration. In the terms of strategies choice,the students' life-span development should be taken as the direction,in order to show the multi-dimensional meaning of career courses,taking top-level design as a planning strategy to enhance the overall efficiency of career courses,and multi-party cooperation as the implementation guarantee to promote the sustainable development of career curriculum. Furthermore,it will change the current situation of scattered and random offering of career courses,realize the leap-forward development from having to being excellent in career course construction,and then promote students' awareness and ability of career planning effectively.
