黄茶对草鱼幼鱼几种代谢酶活性的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Supplementation of Chinese Yellow Tea on the Activities of Metabolism Enzymes of Juvenile Grass Carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)

摘要 将黄茶以0%、0.075%、0.15%、0.30%、0.60%、1.20%与2.40%的剂量添加于草鱼(Ctenopharyngodon idellus)饲料中,研究其对草鱼几种重要代谢酶活性的影响。结果显示,黄茶降低了γ-谷氨酰转肽酶、谷丙转氨酶以及乳酸脱氢酶的活性,添加量越高则酶活性越低,其中多数试验组与对照组差异达到显著水平(P<0.05);谷草转氨酶活性在0.15%~0.60%试验组与对照组无显著差异,其余各试验组均显著低于对照组,碱性磷酸酶除0.60%组显著高于对照组外(P<0.05),其余各试验组基本与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05);脂肪酸合成酶、脂蛋白脂酶活性、肝脂酶活性以及总脂酶活性均比对照组显著下降(P<0.05)。结果表明,黄茶能显著影响代谢酶活性,特别对脂肪代谢酶活性的抑制作用更强。 In order to investigate the effects of Chinese yellow tea on several important activities of proteins and fat metabolism enzymes in grass carp(Ctenopharyngodon idellus),6 kinds of diets of Chinese yellow tea was adding into the diets in the feed of grass carp at 0%,0.075%,0.15%,0.30%,0.60%,1.20%and 2.40% supplementation levels)were tested.The results showed that for Chinese yellow tea groups,the activities ofγ-Glutamyl transpeptidase,alanine aminotransferase and lactate dehydrogenase decreased compared with CP(group 0%),and the higher the addition was,the lower the enzymes activity was,and the activities of enzymes in most of Chinese yellow tea groups decreased significantly compared with CP(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in aminotransferase activity between some Chinese yellow tea groups(groups of 0.15%~0.60 %)and CP(P>0.05),and other test groups were significant lower than CP(P<0.05).The activity of alkaline phosphatase was significantly higher than CP except group 0.60%(P<0.05),and the other test groups were not significant difference from CP(P>0.05).The activities of fatty acid synthase,lipoprotein lipase,hepatic lipase and total lipase decreased significantly compared with CP(P <0.05).The results indicated that Chinese yellow tea could significantly affect the activities of metabolic enzymes and inhibit the activities of fat metabolism enzymes.
