The Design of Thrust Reverser Test and Control System for Aero-engine

摘要 在分析航空发动机反推系统适航要求和CFM56发动机反推装置5道安全性保护措施的基础上,基于RB211-22B反推装置机械部件,采用工业级软硬件资源,设计了3种模式的反推装置试验台测试系统。其不仅可用于反推系统功能测试和性能分析,而且可以满足高水平航空维修工程师和卓越工程师的培养要求。实践证明,该试验台具有仿真度高、可靠性高、操作和维护方便等特点,被广泛应用于发动机反推系统教学、科研和行业培训中。 Based on the the analysis of the airworthiness requirements of aero-engine thrust reverser system and the 5 safety protection measures of the CFM56 engine thrust reverser, according to thrust reverser mechanical components of RB211-22B, three modes test system is designed by using industrialization software and hardware resources for thrust reverser test stand. It could be used not only for the functional test and performance analysis of thrust reverser system, but also to meet the training requirements of high level aviation maintenance engineers and excellent engineers. It has proved in practice that the test stand has the advantages of high simulation, high reliability, convenient operation and maintenance.It is widely used in the teaching, scientific research and civil aviation training.
