摘要 慢性肾脏病的防治已成为世界范围内面临的重要公共卫生问题。延缓疾病的进展成为慢性肾脏病防治中的重中之重。本文就慢性肾脏病患者肾衰竭风险防范的意义、风险评估工具和防范措施进行综述,旨在加强对慢性肾脏病患者肾衰竭风险的评估及防范,为慢性肾脏病患者的健康教育及延缓疾病进展提供借鉴。 The prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease has become an importmlt public health problem in the world. Delaying the disease progress is the most important issue in the treatment of chronic kidney disease. In this paper, the prevention of renal failure risk for chronic kidney disease, risk as- sessment tools and preventive measures were reviewed, in order to strengthen risk assessment and prevention of renal failure and to provide references for health education and delaying the disease progress in patients with chronic kidney disease.
