摘要
目的:观察中西医结合疗法治疗免疫性不孕不育的临床效果。方法:80例免疫性不孕不育患者随机分为两组各40例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组加用中药治疗,两组患者均治疗3个月,观察对比两组的临床疗效、血清性激素水平、免疫抗体转阴率及随访1年后的分娩情况。结果:治疗组治愈30例,有效7例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%;对照组治愈24例,有效5例,无效11例,总有效率72.50%,治疗组疗效明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗后治疗组雌二醇(E2)水平明显高于对照组,卵泡生成激素(FSH)水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05);治疗组免疫抗体转阴率明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05);治疗1年后随访,治疗组分娩例数明显高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合疗法治疗免疫性不孕不育,能显著提高临床疗效,改善患者性激素水平,提高患者免疫抗体转阴率,调节患者免疫系统。
Objective：To observe the clinical effect of integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine on immunological infertility. Methods：80 cases of patients with immunological infertility were randomly divided into two groups,40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the treatment group was treated plus with TCM on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The clinical effect,level of serum sex hormone,negative conversion rate of immunological antibody and parturition after 1 year of follow-up were observed and compared in two groups. Results：In the treatment group,30 cases were cured,7 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 92.50%;while in the control group,24 cases were cured,5 cases were effective,11 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 72.50%;the curative effect of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05）. After treatment,the level of estradiol（E2）of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group,the level of follicle stimulating hormone（FSH）of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the negative conversion rate of immunological antibody of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group（P〈0.05） . In follow-up after 1 year of treatment,the number of cases of parturition in treatment group was significantly higher than in control group（P〈0.05） . Conclusion：In the treatment of immunological infertility,integrated therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine can significantly enhance the clinical effect improve the sex hormone level of patients, enhance the negative conversion rate of immunological antibody of patients and regulate the immune system of patients.
