全身麻醉手术患者感染的风险因素分析及其预防对策被引量：1

摘要目的:分析全身麻醉手术患者感染的风险因素及其预防对策。方法:抽取2017年5月—2018年5月期间收治的行全麻手术治疗患者100例资料,根据其患者感染情况的不同将其分为未感染组(75例)与感染组(25例);分析资料中导致患者术后感染的风险因素,并提出预防感染的措施。结果:100例研究患者资料中,25例术后发生感染占25.00%;同时,两组患者麻醉与气管插管方式的发生率经组间比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但未感染组一次性使用喉镜、使用过滤器与钠石灰每次更换次数的感染发生率均高于感染组(P<0.05)。结论:导致全身麻醉手术患者术后感染因素较多,为减少或避免术后感染的发生,采取相应的预防措施进行干预。
