摘要
针对悬挂链式热处理炉的炉温均匀性问题,将回火炉供热热源由发生炉煤气升级为天然气;增加了回火炉的循环风系统,强化了炉内热风的对流传热;扩大了控温区,由原来的4控温区优化为8控温区;改变烧嘴的控制模式,采用了燃气式烧嘴专利控制技术。结果表明:优化升级后回火炉8个控温区的控温精度在±1~±5℃之间,关键控温区即第8控温区——工件出炉区控温精度达到了±3℃,保证了回火炉工件的加工质量,为大幅度提高成品率提供了可靠的技术保障,达到了悬挂链式热处理炉优化升级的预期目标。
In order to optimize the temperature uniformity of the suspended chain heat treatment furnace,the heating source of tempering furnace was upgraded from producer gas to natural gas,the convection heat transfer of inner hot air was strengthened by increasing cycle fan system,the number of temperature control zones was increased from 4 to 8,the patented control technology of gas burner was adopted for burner control mode. The results show that after optimizing and upgrading the furnace,the control accuracy of the 8 temperature control zones is between ± 1 ℃ and ± 5 ℃,and the control accuracy of the key zone,which is the 8 thzone (workpiece discharge zone),is ± 3 ℃,so the processing quality of the tempering furnace is guaranteed. It provides a reliable technical guarantee for greatly improving the rate of finished products,and achieves the expected goal of optimization and upgrading of suspension-type heat treatment furnace.
