2013-2017年甘肃省绵羊布鲁菌病流行病学监测与分析

摘要 通过对2013-2017年甘肃省绵羊布鲁菌病流行病学监测分析,结果显示:绵羊布鲁菌病呈快速上升趋势,严重威胁羊产业生产和人体健康。近5年实验室检测3 590 180份样品,检出阳性52 118份,阳性率1. 45%;实验室检出阳性呈明显上升趋势,不同养殖场点检出阳性数量存在差异,以散养户检出数量最多。人间病例由2013年的488例上升至2017年的1 770例,人、畜间感染发病呈正相关。本文对甘肃省绵羊布鲁菌病流行情况及特点进行了综合分析,系统梳理了造成绵羊布鲁菌病快速上升的主要原因和发生的主要风险因素,并提出了防控建议。 Epidemiology surveillance and analysis for Brucellosis melitensis in Gansu Province from 2013 to 2017 were conduc-ted, and the results showed that fast - rising trend of occurrence for Brucellosis melitensis was found in Gansu, a serious threat tosheep industry and human health. of 3590180 serumy samples that were examined by laboratory in nearly ten years, 52118 sampleswere positive, and the average positive rate of was 1. 45%. Especially, serological positive results presented a sharp upward trend re-cently. The positive amount for every farm was different, and the highest positive amount existed in backyard farmers. There were488 human cases in 2013, and the cases increased to 1770 by the end of 2017, which was positively correlated with the positive ani-mal cases. Epidemiological situation and feature for Brucellosis melitensis in Gansu Province was comprehensive,and the main riskfactors for the sharp rise were also summarized, and the recommendation for the prevention and control of the disease was proposed.
