摘要
随着冠心病发病率逐年增高,目前经皮冠脉介入术已成为有效的治疗手段。其中冠状动脉分叉病变的介入策略相关研究倾向于单支架-即兴支架术,而在单支架策略边支保护过程中,因边支发生血流限制性夹层、急性闭塞等并发症,仍有30%的病例需实行双支架术,因此有效的分支保护成为降低围术期心肌梗死及相关并发症的关键;现综述冠状动脉分叉病变单支架术中的各种边支保护策略用以指导介入治疗的实施。
With the increasing incidence of coronary atherosclerotic disease,percutaneous coronary intervention has become an effective treatment method.The interventional strategies of coronary bifurcation lesions tend to be single-provisional stenting.In the protection process of single stent strategy,there are still 30% of cases requiring double stenting strategy because of the complications such as blood flow restricted vascular interlayer and acute occlusion.Therefore,effective branch protection strategy is the key to reduce perioperative myocardial infarction and related complications.Through the analysis of various side branch protection strategies in the single branch of coronary artery bifurcation,it can better guide the implementation of interventional therapy.
